Musa Designs is operated by Basar LLC. This policy describes information handled through this website and inquiries you send to us.
Information you provide
When you submit a review, we collect your display name, email address, optional project city, rating, review text, permission to publish, optional project photos, and submission and moderation dates. Your email is not displayed publicly. Please avoid including private addresses, house numbers, documents, or other sensitive information in a public review or photo.
Estimate requests and messages
The Free Estimate form prepares a draft on your device. It does not submit your estimate details to our website database. You choose whether to send the draft from your text or email app. If you send it, we receive the contact details, city or ZIP code, project information, and any photos or measurements you include. Your phone and email providers process these messages under their own policies.
How information is used and disclosed
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss and coordinate projects, review feedback, publish reviews and optional project photos with permission, and protect the website against abuse. Hosting, database, file-storage, email, and communications providers may process information to provide these services. Published reviews display your chosen name, rating, review, optional project city, optional project photos, and review date. A Verified Project Client label appears only after Musa Designs confirms the customer relationship. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address misuse of the service.
Cookies, hosting, and tracking
The review administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie that expires after 24 hours. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser details, and request logs. Review abuse prevention uses temporary hashed identifiers derived from an IP address and time period. The current website code does not include advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers, and it does not change behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Hosting or sign-in providers may use their own operational cookies. Following an external social-media link takes you to a separate service governed by its privacy practices.
Keeping and requesting changes to information
Reviews, optional photos, and moderation records remain stored unless removed; they do not currently expire automatically. We retain inquiry correspondence as needed for the project, follow-up, business records, and applicable legal obligations. You may email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or removal of a published review or photo. We may ask for information needed to verify the request and may retain records where legally required.
Changes and contact
